Enable multiple concurrent RDP sessions in windows XP/Vista/7/8

As you know, Windows client does not support multiple concurrent RDP sessions, but with this hack now you can remove Concurrent RDP sessions limit, allow multi-user login in XP/Vista/7/8 at the same time
This is only a file patch for termsrv.dll.
More setting for RDP, please google it.
The meaning of the last number of checksum:
1 - Original file, without any modification.
9 - The file has been modified.
Notes:
1, Can oprate in normal mode. Do not need to enter safe mode.
2, Choose the corresponding patcher based on you Windows:
   For 32bit(x86):   UniversalTermsrvPatch-x86.exe
   For 64bit(amd64): UniversalTermsrvPatch-x64.exe
3, Require administrator rights. Right-click the exe file, select Run as Administrator.
4, After patch, Restart computer to take effect.
5, Backup file: \windows\system32\termsrv.dll.backup.

Disable Cut, Paste, Copy, Delete, Renaming Files and Folders with Prevent

You probably worry about your important personal data that could be accidentally deleted or renamed when your computer is being used by your kids or some third parties. If you are looking for any solution which can prevent data from being messed up or lost due to delete or rename action, then Prevent will be able to help you on this.

Prevent is a freeware and it is designed to disable cut, paste, copy, delete and rename functionality in your computer. As mentioned earlier, the main objective is to prevent anybody from deleting, renaming or messing around your data. Once you have run the installer, it will create a Prevent folder under system Program Files folder which contains Prevent.exe, Pre_1.exe, Pre_2.exe, Read Me First.txt, Uninstall.ini and Uninstall.exe. To run the program, you need execute Prevent.exe and it will display a window for you to define a hotkey. This hotkey is used to stop Prevent process and click Activate button once you have defined the hotkey. As soon as this program is activated, it will run at background silently and functions like cut, paste, delete and rename will be disabled regardless if they are initiated from keyboard button (Ctrl C, Ctrl X, Ctrl V, Delete), from right click context menu or under Edit menu. On top of this, it also takes the consideration to prevent data loss caused by terminating program without saving. As such, End Process button at Task Manager is disabled as well so that it doesn’t allow you to right click on process name and click on end process. To restore the setting, just use the hotkey you have defined earlier to stop the process.

I use VMware Workstration to create Virtual machines. Installing operating system for Virtual Machine is boring. I often clone virtual machine. This make virtual machines have same SID that these VMs do not have ability join domain. In previous version of Windows, we can use NewSID tool. This tool can not use in Windows Server 2008 and later. A new tool become candidate is "SYSPREP.EXE" included in Windows Server 2008 that we can use it by type sysprep in RUN dialog, SYSPREP Preparation Tool appear. If you want to create a new SID, remember to CHECK the “Generalize” checkbox

During the following reboot a new SID is automatically generated - and you will have to type in your Product/License Key, provide a new Computer Name, select an Administrator Password etc.

How to check Intel and AMD Hyper-V Compatibility

You probably know that you can install Hyper-V only on a computer that supports Intel’s or AMD’s virtualization technologies (x86 virtualization), i.e. Intel VT and AMD-V. That is, the CPU and the BIOS have to support it. I have already encountered relatively new PCs which have processors with virtualization support, but the BIOS setup doesn’t have an option to enable it. Sometimes it helps to update the BIOS.
AMD and Intel both offer free tools that allow you to check whether a computer supports hardware virtualization. If you’re unsure, you should use these utilities before you install Hyper-V. They also show whether virtualization is enabled. On most systems it is disabled by default for security reasons. To enable it, you have to change the corresponding BIOS settings. That is, you have to enable hardware virtualization and the NX-bit (AMD) or the XD-bit (Intel) respectively. Hyper-V can be installed without CPU virtualization enabled, but then its hypervisor won’t start and you will find related error messages in the event log.
Unfortunately, the Intel tool is not 100% reliable. I tried it on a Fujitsu-Siemens server which definitely supported Intel VT, but Intel’s tool reported the opposite. We enabled Intel VT in the BIOS, and Hyper-V is running perfectly on this machine. I don’t know if the AMD tool is also that unreliable because we only have machines with AMD CPUs that don’t support AMD-V.
Please share your experiences with x86 virtualization. Did you have to update the BIOS? Did you also find that detection tools discusses here are a bit unreliable?

BlueScreenView - View Blue Screen of Dead Information

Blue screen is nothing new for windows user and it happens when windows encounter critical system error which can cause to system shutdown in order to prevent further damage. The causes of blue screen are normally due to incompatible DLLs or bugs in kernel of the operating system, physical faults such as faulty memory, power supplies, overheating of computer components and hardware running beyond its specification limits. When blue screen happen, it will create a mini dump file which contains information about the crash and this information could be very useful to analyze what is wrong that caused the blue screen. Now with BlueScreenView, it allows you to view the mini dump file information easier and faster, besides ability to highlight suspected drivers that caused the crash as well.

BlueScreenView is able to scan all mini dump files created during blue screen crash and displays the information for quick glance. Every crash generates its own dump file and these dump files are listed in the upper pane with filename, date/time of the crash, and the basic crash information as displayed in the blue screen such as Bug Check and 4 parameters. To view the details of the device drivers loaded during the crash like product name, file version, company, address in stack , from/to address and etc, you can view it at the lower pane and drivers that their addresses found in the crash stack will be highlighted with pink color, that will definitely help you identifying suspected drivers that cause the crash easily. Currently, the lower pane has 3 different view modes (Options -> Lower Pane Mode) in which you can switch to any one of them as you preferred. All Drivers mode displays all drivers that were loaded during crash and drivers that their addresses were found in the stack will be marked with pink color. Only Drivers Found In Stack mode displays drivers with addresses found in the stack of the crash only and Blue Screen in XP Style mode displays a blue screen that similar to what windows displayed during crash.
